Mentype® DIPplex
Mentype® DIPplex PCR Amplification Kit has been developed as a multiplex application for the amplification of 30 DIPs (deletion/insertion polymorphisms also known as INDELs). In one PCR reaction, 30 biallelic DIPs plus Amelogenin (AM) for sex determination are amplified simultaneously. The primers are fluorescence-labelled with 6-FAM, BTG, BTY and BTR. Additionaly, for simplified analysis of the results we offer the free analysis software DIPSorter.
Mentype® DIPplex is currently being clinically validated for chimerism analysis.
The detection limit of Mentype® DIPplex is about 100 pg genomic DNA.
