VIROTYPE®
With the product line VIROTYPE® we offer you real-time PCR test assays for the detection of pathogenic viruses in poultry and livestock. All assays are based on the IN-TYPE® technology, a progressive solution for an internal control of all reaction steps.
The VIROTYPE® BVDV RT-PCR Kit is a valuable diagnostic tool for reliable detection of Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus. Either reverse transcription or amplification are performed as single tube/one step RT-PCR reaction. The primer probes specific for bovine pestvirus stains and internal control are fluorescence-labeled with 6-FAM and HEX.
Virotype® BVDV RT-PCR Kit is approved for probes from whole-blood, plasm, serum and tisssue, as well as from ear notch samples or organs.
