The first ever scientific publication of our MODAPLEX POLE/POLD1 Mutation Analysis Kit has been published! In early 2023 the publication was presented as a poster during that year’s ESMO congress and has now been accepted by a journal.

The publication demonstrates that our platform and our kit are a fast and reliable solution for detecting the clinically most relevant POLE hotspot mutations in endometrial carcinomas.

We're honoured that our MODAPLEX technology was selected to showcase its potential contribution to advance precision oncology. The verification of our MODAPLEX platform confirmed its suitability for mutation analysis as alternative to sequencing. We're excited to see how our

technology can make a difference in the fight against cancer.

A special thanks goes to Prof. Xavier Matias-Guiu for our many years of collaboration, all the lively discussions and his overall support throughout our POLE and MODAPLEX journey!
