The AMLplus Profiler is an integral component of the Mentype® AMLplus Mutation Analysis Kit, designed for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of genomic targets associated with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The application processes TXT output files generated with GeneMapperTM software (Thermo Fisher Scientific), validates runs and samples, and streamlines sample evaluation by providing concise, easy-to-interpret reports.
