New from BIOTYPE: Qualitative detection of DPYD variants by multiplex qPCR

DPYD encodes dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD), an enzyme involved in pyrimidine and fluoropyrimidine metabolism. Genetic variation within DPYD is widely investigated in pharmacogenetics, molecular genetics, and translational research.

The ExaccType DPYD Kit is a multiplex qPCR assay for the qualitative detection of seven predefined DPYD variants from purified genomic DNA or 1% EDTA whole blood.
