Modaplex KNB Mutation Analysis Kits

Dresden-Hellerau, 1^st October 2019. Biotype launches 3 new assays on its molecular diagnostic platform Modaplex^TM:

• Modaplex KRAS Mutation Analysis Kit
• Modaplex NRAS Mutation Analysis Kit
• Modaplex BRAF Mutation Analysis Kit

The kits (research use only) enable the detection of 13 KRAS, 13 NRAS, and 4 BRAF (KNB) mutations together in a single run. The Modaplex system thus offers a fast, simple, and sensitive approach for a comprehensive KNB mutation analysis.

The 3 assays further broaden Biotype’s existing portfolio for the Modaplex system in the area of oncology.
